Yes, from the app. A cancellation fee may apply once a driver has accepted and is on the way, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Download the Pingo driver app, create your account, add your vehicle and upload your documents. Once our team approves your account, you can go online.

The current list is on our Drive with Pingo page, and the driver app shows the same list when you sign up.

Yes. Go on duty to receive ride requests, and off duty when you are done.

Yes, Pingo takes a commission on each completed ride. The rate depends on the vehicle type, and you can follow every ride and wallet movement in the app.
